As a thriving med spa in downtown Los Angeles, we get calls about Morpheus8 on a weekly basis. And it makes sense. Morpheus8 was one of the first RF microneedling devices on the market when it debuted in 2019, and it has since eclipsed most other RF microneedling machines in brand awareness.
But here’s why we don’t do Morpheus8 at our practice:
Quite simply, there are newer and more effective devices on the market now. As with any technology, just a few years can make a significant difference (think: The difference between an iPhone 8 and iPhone 12).
After combing through the data, researching medical journal entries, and digging into the numerous options available, we opted to invest in a TriLift device. TriLift does RF microneedling with the addition of dynamic muscle stimulation, providing a three-pronged approach to visible signs of facial aging. The use of microneedling, radiofrequency, and muscle stimulation results in all of the benefits of Morpheus8 with even faster results. And better yet? While Morpheus8 is notoriously painful, TriLift delivers the same results with significantly less discomfort.

We love the above video because it captures just how comfortable RF microneedling treatments with TriLift truly are, as well as show that non-surgical rejuvenation no longer need entail pain and anxiety.
