Our facials use medical-grade products and technology that penetrate deeper and deliver more dramatic, lasting results. They're performed by licensed aestheticians in a medical setting.
The SaltFacial™ is great for overall rejuvenation, DiamondGlow™ for an instant glow, the Ultra Lift for anti-aging, the DTLA Deep Hydration for dry skin, and the Acne Facial for breakout-prone skin. We'll recommend the best option at your visit.
Facials cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate with no downtime, so they're ideal every month. Peels use professional-strength acids to resurface more deeply and work best on pigment, acne marks and texture, with a few days of flaking depending on the peel. Many clients alternate the two.
Most clients feel tingling or mild stinging while a peel is on, and it stops once the peel is neutralized or removed. Lighter peels like AlphaRet are very comfortable; stronger ones bring more sensation, and we keep you comfortable throughout.
It depends on the peel. Lighter peels may cause little more than light flaking, while stronger peels like the Perfect Derma™ Peel bring visible peeling over several days. More peeling doesn't mean better results, and let the skin shed on its own rather than picking at it.
Lighter peels work best as a series, usually about once a month. Stronger peels are done less often, and Cosmelan® follows its own at-home protocol. We'll build a plan around your skin and goals.
For optimal results, we recommend monthly facials. This allows us to progressively improve your skin while maintaining results.
After a facial, yes! Your skin will look so good you may not want to, but you can apply makeup immediately if needed. After a peel, follow the aftercare instructions we give you.
Absolutely! Our Acne Facial includes deep cleansing, extractions, and medical-grade products to clear breakouts and prevent future ones.
No! Facials are relaxing and therapeutic. Extractions may cause brief discomfort, but overall the experience is soothing.
