Specialized facials designed to deep clean pores, reduce inflammation, and prevent future breakouts

Clearer, calmer skin. Here is how we approach acne, the facials and treatments we use most, and why your at-home routine matters just as much.
Acne and acne-related inflammation can have a tremendous effect on confidence and self-esteem, at any and all ages. As a medical spa, we specialize in data-backed, clinically proven approaches to treating and controlling acne. Additionally, we offer a specialized, all-inclusive Acne Bootcamp for clients looking for a medical-grade and focused approach to their acne.
Our most common in-office acne treatments are acne-specific facials like The SaltFacialâ„¢, chemical peels and laser treatments. We also carry a curated, hand-selected line of medical-grade skin care specifically designed to treat sensitive and acne-prone skin, and our small, dedicated team of skin care professionals is here to guide you every step of the way.
Our signature Acne Facial was designed by our team of experts to calm and treat acne and active breakouts. The foundational step of this treatment is the deeply clarifying Corrective Control Beta Peel. It also includes a thorough double cleanse, light extractions, and medical-grade LED light which penetrates pores and kills bacteria. This facial is suitable for all acneic skin types and even treats acne that is resistant to other forms of treatment.
The SaltFacialâ„¢ is a medical-grade facial consisting of three steps: organic sea-salt-based exfoliation, targeted serum applied via ultrasonic cavitation, and medical-grade LED light to kill bacteria and calm the skin.
The DiamondGlowâ„¢ Facial is similar to the HydraFacialâ„¢, but yields better clinical results. We exfoliate, extract and infuse your skin with pore clarifying serum with a single pass of a specialized wand. It helps clear clogged pores and congestion while also leaving you with a day-of glow.
Laser facials use targeted energy to kill bacteria under the surface of the skin and calm redness and inflammation. This means they can be a fantastic option for treating acne and acne-prone skin. All laser treatments require a pre-treatment consult with one of our medical providers to ensure you are an appropriate candidate for treatment.
Chemical peels can be a fantastic part of a multi-tiered plan for acne control. A peel will deeply exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause excess sebum. Once congestion has been cleared away, we begin to treat the skin with medical-grade skin care and other in-office treatments.
In-office treatments can be a critical step for the treatment and control of acne, but a dedicated at-home skin care routine with quality, medical-grade products is crucial for lasting results. We offer both SkinBetter Science™ and Senté™ products for our acne-prone patients due to their clinical effectiveness at treating congestion and inflammation. Browse them in our shop.
Professional extractions are much less painful than doing them yourself! We steam your skin first to soften pores, making extractions easier and more comfortable. Most patients describe mild pressure rather than pain.
We recommend waiting 24 hours before applying makeup to let your freshly cleaned pores breathe. If you must wear makeup, use only mineral-based products and apply lightly.
For active acne, we recommend facials every 2-3 weeks until skin clears, then monthly for maintenance. Consistent treatment is key to keeping acne under control.
Some patients experience a brief "purge" where existing congestion comes to the surface faster. This is normal and actually a good sign! It typically resolves within 3-5 days, and your skin will be clearer afterward.
Acne facials use products specifically formulated for breakout-prone skin (salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, etc.) and include more extensive extractions, antibacterial treatments, and oil-control techniques that regular facials don't offer.
While acne facials primarily treat active breakouts, regular treatments can improve minor texture issues and prevent new scars from forming. For existing acne scars, we recommend microneedling or laser treatments.
The Acne Facial is $355, and the Acne Back Facial for breakouts on the back is $650. See all our facials on the pricing page.
