Lori Aliksanian, M.D., C.W.S.P. – During her years in practice as a wound care specialist, Dr. Aliksanian (or Dr. Lori, as most of her clients know her) became fascinated by skin integrity and the body’s own regenerative potential. She began seeing patients with cosmetic aging concerns who wanted her help in restoring their appearance. She has since used her knowledge and expertise in skin healing to further maximize her aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Aliksanian believes in providing non-invasive anti-aging treatments that repair skin and restore it to a younger-looking state without surgery. Her expertise in creating non-surgical facelifts with injectable therapies such as Botox®, Daxxify®, Juvéderm®, Voluma®, Vollure®, Radiesse®, Belotero®, Sculptra®, and Restylane® made her an in-demand injector, providing customized rejuvenation for her patients. Dr. Aliksanian holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine and earned her MD at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, W.I. She completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, then returned to Los Angeles for a residency in general surgery at Harbor-UCLA and a fellowship in wound reconstructive surgery at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.
Kaego Nwandei, MPAP, PA-C received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine. As a Physician Assistant she has been educated and trained in a variety of medical specialties and has work experience in Psychiatry, Aesthetic medicine and Orthopedic surgery. She is a certified advanced injector through Allergan and specializes in all gender facial contouring, balancing, and lip augmentation. Her individualized treatment plans address the unique concerns of each patient and are rooted in trust and medical integrity.
Kaego’s motivation to pursue a specialty in aesthetic medicine was sparked after recognizing the overlap between mental health and physical appearance. She recalls an experience when she and her mother were first treated with Botox and the positive, uplifting impact that it had on her mother’s mood and how she viewed herself.
Danielle Carbonell, BSN, R.N. Danielle received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Nevada and has experience in both acute care medicine and aesthetics. Her knowledge base includes a number of key aesthetic treatments, including laser, Coolsculpting, and injectables. Danielle loves the art of aesthetic medicine because she believes that “increasing a patient’s confidence improves their quality of life — and that’s what medicine is all about.”
Elizabeth Nguyen, MSN, RN, CNL, PHN – Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse who received her bachelor’s from San Diego State University and master’s from the University of San Francisco.
As a surgical nurse at a level II trauma center, Elizabeth appreciates the simplicity and benefits of non-surgical, non-to-minimally-invasive treatments for aesthetics purposes. She is passionate about the aesthetics field as it allows her to channel into her creative side while still using clinical judgment to deliver and ensure safe, precise, quality results. Joanna Garcia, LE and CoolSculpting Specialist — Director of Aesthetics. Self-proclaimed beauty lover, Joanna is a clinical esthetician who is addicted to seeing patient results. She is passionate about customizing a routine and plan for each and every person she touches. She is particularly interested in treatments that focus on anti-aging, collagen rejuvenation, and scar reduction.
Joanna joined the skincare industry after witnessing many of her friends and family deal with different skin issues. The majority of them were using some kind of homemade remedy or concealing makeup to “correct” their concerns. She obtained her esthetics license so that she could help her friends, family and other people in need such services. Joanna has also attended CoolSculpting University and loves working with clients to achieve beautiful results.
Lilit Ferayan, LE, Waxing Specialist. Lilit is a skincare expert and waxing specialist who has been working in Los Angeles since 2016. She began her career in Beverly Hills, where she assisted on medical aesthetic procedures in addition to traditional skin care.
Lilit is especially drawn to working with clients with acne-prone skin and acne scarring, and is an advocate for results-driven, clinically-proven treatments. Lilit is known (and loved!) by clients for providing the fastest, most comfortable waxes in town.
Ashley Caputo, LE. Hailing from Italy, Ashley has been a life-long lover of skin care and the magic of the at-home skin care routine. Having spent the first seven years of her life on a sail boat(!), Ashley especially loves working with clients who struggle with sun-related hyperpigmentation and brown spots. “There are certain clients who come in feeling like they can’t leave the house without a full face of heavy foundation.
