MedBeautyLA is downtown L.A.'s only physician-owned med spa. We specialize in cutomized treatment plans for each and every client. No client is the same, so no treatment plan should be either.

MedBeautyLA is owned and led by physician Lori Aliksanian, M.D. As a young, urban professional herself, she deeply understands the needs and lifestyle of those around her. Dr. Aliksanian and the MedBeautyLA team are honored to serve and enhance the quality of life of DTLA residents.

With advances in aesthetic medicine, more and more patients are able to look their best and age gracefully with the variety of non-surgical interventions available. She believes in a minimally invasive approach whenever possible. Dr. Aliksanian has extensive experience with Botox®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Radiesse®, Restylane®, and Ulthera®. Dr. Aliksanian takes pride in providing patients with personalized care for all varieties of aesthetic concern. Her special focus is on the preservation of natural expression and enhancing beauty using microinjection technique.
